Lotus Property is a building contractor and property company operating in Henley-on-Thames, Sonning and the surrounding areas.
We provide a distinctive service, tailoring each project individually to your requirements ensuring a collaborative and interactive experience.
As well as providing a complete building service, we have affiliated interior designers, planners, engineers, land buyers and architects. This allows us to assist you at every stage of the build project.
We pride ourselves on being courteous, tidy, and considerate contractors.

We know that every project is a huge event in your life. We are acutely aware that we are employed to work on your home, not just another building. With this in mind we have created a way of working that involves you at every stage of the project to the extent you wish. Using our experience within corporate project development we utilise project oversight and management tools for both clients and our in-house team.
PLANNING
Years of experience and developing professional relationships means that we are perfectly placed to guide clients through the whole process of any planning required for building projects. Understanding the process and pre-empting planners' requirements can save huge amounts of time and money. Our planners can either handle this themselves or guide you through the process, including arranging surveys and reports as required.
ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS
We work closely with our architects to achieve the best and most appropriate plans for your home. Our own understanding of property ensures that all architectural designs are tailored to your needs to create the living spaces you want. Importantly we ensure at an early stage that the plans work from a practical and building perspective.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Engaging with our interior design team from an early stage of the project can be highly beneficial, allowing the build team and design team to work together to enable the seamless implementation of your vision.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Each project starts with a full project schedule. The tools we use help both us and you understand the progress and on-going development of your project. Alongside this, a budget tracker will keep you updated on the costs of your project.

Description:
Conversion of a 10 bedroom Victorian property from a run down B&B to a luxury holiday home with landscaped gardens. This property was redesigned by Lotus to create a beautiful 8 bedroom house with ensuite bathrooms and a flow that suits modern living.

David has worked in property since 2003 and, following a career in insurance, became a land buyer and property developer. He set up Lotus Property to build homes in Henley-on-Thames applying an ethos and professionalism that can sometimes be lacking in the building industry.
David manages every project, working closely with clients to realise their visions and dreams for their homes.
